1.准备食材,鸡肉,笋干、芋头、烧鸡公调料

2.准备香料(茴香籽、八角、草果、香叶、干辣椒、花椒粒),姜洗净切片,大葱切段

3.鸡块冷水下锅、煮出血水,芋头去皮切滚刀块,笋干用热水泡软后切小块

4.锅中油烧热,将烧鸡公调料倒入锅中,放入香料,姜片炒香
