食材主料:香菇300g、泡发木耳300g、油适量、盐适量、蚝油适量、白糖少许、葱姜适量
步骤

1.把黑木耳泡发洗净

2.把香菇洗净去蒂

3.然后把香菇切抹刀片

4.热油,炒香葱姜,放入香菇

5.将其煸炒至脱水发软

小贴士
1、也可以用生抽酱油代替蚝油
2、香菇煸炒后香味会更好。
